Happy Fathers Day to all you papas! Over the years my relationship with my dad has been off and on, but really strong now. I couldn’t ask for a better grandfather for my son. There is not a day where he doesn’t call or FaceTime my son and usually sees him once a week. Growing up, we were not close to family so now, everyone makes a really good effort to be there.

I spent Friday with my soon to be FIL and went great. We went to dinner, a baseball game, bars, and then came home and talked about fun stuff like the economy. I eventually had to check out about 2 a.m. when he told me that I needed to open up a meat market or something.

Moving on, I can’t remember the last time I popped. Please keep me in your thoughts so I can make this happen.

We are going to the beach in two weeks which means I need to do the 30 shred in 14. I’m not a fat ass or anything, but I’ve just become so damn lazy. Motivate me!
